File won't play in mvpmcx2

I've never had this issue before, but my wife came across a recording that won't play in mvpmcx2 on the PCH.

It's an ATSC recording (via HDHomerun) that plays fine on my PC via GBPVR. It also plays fine in using the A100's regulare interface (Gaya?). However, attempting to play via GBPVR on the PCH, it just hangs on a blank screen with the program information being displayed. The only way out is to press "power" & restart the GBPVR interface.

Anyone else come across this behavior? I'm not overly concerned because this is the first time something like this has occured, but if anyone is interested in taking a look, I can provide logs & upload the recording somewhere...

I'm always interested in fixing the anomalies. Keep the file but let's start with the logs.

Here's the logs.

The program was an episode of "Jacques Pépin More Fast Food My Way". This is the first time my wife has recorded this program - is it possible the "é" character mucks things up?

My most recent attempt to play the file was ~0115 this morning (11/20)

Yes that is the problem I was going to look for first, although I didn't expect it in an American EPG. I've bumped sub on this a few times the only solution for now is to use this setting

<MVPUseShortFilenamesOnNMT>true</MVPUseShortFilenamesOnNMT>

I had two files (plain mpg) that wouldn't play on the NMT from the recordings screen. They do play fine on the server and also on the MVPs until I upgraded to NMTs. Turned out they both had 'umlaute' in the file names. Renaming and moving to the video library was my solution.

Would this <MVPUseShortFilenamesOnNMT>true</MVPUseShortFilenamesOnNMT> help?

I'll revist this in the next release. Hopefully Martin will be able to double check it during the pre-release testing for the next release.

No problem testing if it works for audio too. I think you have to chance PVRx2 and PCHServe to get this to work.
