I just tried to watch live tv on gb-pvr and it is having a horrible interlacing problem.  The thing is I haven't installed a new version or messed with the config.  It started out working totally fine as it has for a few days (newbie) and then poof, there are basically entire vertical lines missing like the picture.  It also makes a clicking sound come through the speakers.  Same problem when trying to record.  Tried messing around with config playback options.  Read other posts, but cannot for the life of me find a de-interlacer setting to set to encoder pass-through.  If I use wintv2000 everything appears fine. PVR-150 if it makes any difference. Tried to attach an example of the problem.

This isnt an interlacing problem (these look quite different). It just looks like you're MPEG2 decoder, or possibly video card drivers, are doing a really crap job and generating garbage. You could try using a different MPEG decoder - hopefully it'll do the job.

I agree, not releated to interlacing.
Try a different MPEG2 codec like sub said...

Hi,
I have been experiencing an almost identical problem ! Only noticed it yesterday (funnily enough when watching the same show !Wink. I dont get any audio problem and it only affects live TV: after a minute or so of normal viewing I get the vertical lines. Recorded programs work fine. Also problem transiently diappears after rebooting computer. I noticed It started happening after I began messing around with FFDSHOW settings.
Never had the problem before installing the v 0.90 release but then i hardly ever watch live TV + am also always messing with the computer so hard to tell exactly when the problem started.
