I am now running two PCHs with MVPMCX2 successfully. It would be nice to have the ability to change menu items for NMT clients separate from GBPVR.

I'd suggest moving this to sub's wishlist section. It might be as simple as allowing the skin to overide config.xml ie

<MenuLayout>
<Task enabled="true">TV Guide</Task>
<Task enabled="true">Recordings</Task>
<Task enabled="false">Search Guide</Task>
...
</MenuLayout>
