Hi all, just discovered this software and thought it would be perfect form my Home Cinema solution. However, I have hit a small problem with the Television picture through my Hauppauge 2200 Card.

All the channels and picture are blue??! So everyone looks like they have sat in a Freezer for a few weeks. All skin tones are blue and lips are blue etc.

Is there a way I can adjust this or is this an incompatibility with software and card?

thanks in advance

How are you connected to your TV from the PC? It sounds like bad connections on a component cable.

No it's not a poor connection. When you use the tuning capabilities of the software to tune in my channels and map them to my EPG, the preview window shows full colour and nice pink Human's Smile

When I go to LiveTV Once I have tuned all my channels everyone looks blue.

At present I am viewing everything through a DVI connected monitor which shows no signs of colour problems if I use WinTV or Microsofts Media Center.

I have tried settings FFDShow and other decoders but nothing seems to make a difference

Thanks

Ok this is interesting! If I pause LiveTV, the pause comes back in full colour.

Providing I do not change channel, everything stays in colour. The minute I change channel everyone is blue again.

You can try posting your pvrx2.exe.log and pvrx2.exe-native.log after reproducing the problem.

Thanks, I can re-produce this problem at will, but I can not find the log files, where would they be stored please?

Many Thanks

c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\logs

"Program Files (x86)" if you are running Windows x64
