I have successfully updated the firmware to 01-17-091202-15-POP-402 for 2 PCH A100 units but when I try to update the 3rd one with the same USB stick I get the following - Update failed Wrong update image size please reboot. I have even tried older updates but I get the same message every time.

Depending on the date of the firmware on the device you might need to apply the stepstone update http://files.syabas.com/popcornhour/firm...OP-402.zip first.

That worked. Thanks. I may not remember but I think the other units had older firmware than the stepstone, yet they updated fine. Is that possible?

No I don't think it is possible.
