Try the attached update for the TVGuide.... you will most likely have to run the "Change TVGuide.bat" from the skin/BlueRetroVE+ folder after you replace the TVGuide folder as it will just be on whatever I had selected when I did the update which could well be different from your selection.
Be fore warned that there is a lot of updates missing from this overall skin so there is a good chance you will get exception errors if you try some of the post 2.6.2 new improvements in NextPVR... I will consider doing a full skin update if there are a few users that would find it helpful (so don't be shy post if you want it updated!!)
