I'm not really sure how best to describe this, but I am having a problem with the positioning of the thumbnails when in the thumbnail view. Everything seems fine when first going into a directory with many movies with thumbnails, but once I exit one of the subfolders, it seems to place that folder's thumbnail at the top left corner no matter where it was originally. This alone would not really seem like a problem, but it looks like the program is remembering where this thumbnail originally was positioned, and thinks it is still in the original position. This causes the selection to sometimes stop on the down motion before actually getting to the bottom thumbnail, or on the up motion, to continue up and then over to the bottom left.

I assume you are talking about Icon view?
If so yes I also see this problem & reported it a number of times during pre beta testing.

I found but going up to the top icon (even though it doesn't show the icon but the description does change) & entering & then backing out of it brings things back to normal. A real pain but it works.

I was never able to reproduce it, so still not quite sure what you mean.

Maybe I am the only person with enough movies to see this happen, but there is definitely a problem. I might have to get a video screen capture.

Edit: After messing with it some more, I found this problem only seems to happen to subfolders. If you have enough thumbnails to actually make the page scroll to the right, AND also enough to fill the screen with thumbs again (54 video folder thumbs, or 36 music/picture folder thumbs, counting the parent folder thumb), you will see this problem. Once you select a thumb that you have to scroll even one column to the right to get to, when you go back, that thumb gets placed in the top far left corner. If you selected any thumb other than a top thumb, this creates a problem. If anyone has at least 54 video folder thumbnails, or 36 music/picture folder thumbnails and a wide screen (I'm assuming the amount of thumbs that fit across the screen would be different for a standard size screen), please try this for yourself.

Hmmm interesting, I can reproduce it 100% of the time.

I have 40 folders in one of my videos selections, if I enter this selection & then move the selected item down to the bottom left most icon them press pagedown onto the next screen & open that folder when I back out of it it will then be still on the left most side but at the top of the icons, pressing the down cursor then does nothing but pressing the up cursor the description for the item changes even though the icon doesn't change, moving up to the top most description & entering on it then backing out will make the original bottom icon be back down where it should be again & then everything works as expected again until...........................

For me it actually stays messed up until I exit out of the application completely.

I tried, but I have 5 monitors and it just crashes my video screen capture program. All it takes is 37 empty folders dropped into a music directory.

The first pic is after selecting the bottom icon & paging across one page.
The second picture is after entering that folder & then backing out again (pressing the down cursor does nothing at this point).
The third picture shows them in the right order after selecting the top folder & backing out.
