Hauppauge HD-PVR

I'm trying to get NPVR running on Win7 64bit. Setup sees the HD-PVR but all I get is a black screen. When I look at status, there is no device listed. I'm using Hauppauge cd2.4 Anyone using this setup and have it working?:confused:

I've been using the HD PVR for about 6 months with NPVR with good sucess. I'm using WinXp MCE thought.

On my system, the device also doesn't show up in the status when you right click on the npvr icon in the windows toolbar. I'm using the winXP driver verison 1.5.6.1 dated 05/01/2009 from the Hauppauge CD 2.4.

I do have the device listed within NPVR on the device list. It shows up as type: Analog and should be present and enable. You should also have some channels mapped. (See attached screen shot)

Do you get a picture when you playback any videos in NPVR?

Playback of mkv files video no audio, avi play fine. I can only assume it's decoders and I'm at a lost with that. :-(

Try installing CCCP (Combined Comunity Codec Pack).
