Once again, after some beta testing I put my fresh image back on and I'm having trouble with NPVR on the NMT. I was able to get NPVR to pop up once and again but no live tv. Now, nothing. The only difference is I removed GBVR entirely.
NTMChecker shows:
Checking for mvpmc share on MEGAPC

The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

I highlighted the error and am uncertain as to exactly what this means. Firewall is fine as far as I can tell. I'm not using any internet or network blocker.

Finally, when I go to the NMT, even after removing GBPVR, I still see a choice for both GBPVR and NPRV. Exactly what file is it I have to edit to remove this?
Thanks

Paul

Hi Paul, could you run the check again with the IP of the NMT? The 404 error is a good thing, I just want to see if the the web server is responding on 8866

If you want you can remove d:\mvpmc\GB-PVR.html to avoid the two names.

Ok, that is reasonable assuming you are calling MEGAPC and not MCPC

I do see a problem with MVPOffsetY 60 when you have the Y width maxed out at 576. Change the 60 to zero and see if it works and then adjust for the NPVR skins afterwards.

That might not fix it though, so I would like to see the logs when you are back.

Made the changes and you're right, it still didn't work. Did a complete reboot of the pc and NMT just in case no luck. Here's the checker info:

Ok as I said I'd like to see the logs now. Also what is happening, does it go back to the NMT menu after 30 seconds?

Sorry bout dat! Logs attached.
It does go back to the previous screen but it's longer than 30 seconds....more like 90 seconds or more.
I did notice that NPVR icon was not in the tray but after a few starts and stops of the recording service, it's there now. I'm not sure if this is related or why this happened after a reboot.

I was wrong, it's more than 6 minutes before the NMT goes back to the previous screen. I was off by lots.

I think you should uninstall TV Listings and try again.

I removed every folder dealing with TV Listings/Recordings and it made no difference. Then I did a quick reinstall of NVPR and got the NPVR menu on the NMT. However, I went to live tv and nothing but a blank screen. I reboot of the NMT and now, no NVPR at all again.
I have another system with the same basic setup that is exhibiting the same behaviour. It was working before I installed the latest TV listings a day or so ago and I didn't even think of that at the time.
