RC6 Remote Buttons

Does anyone know how to change some of the functionality of the buttons on an RC6 MCE Style remote control (came with the PVR-2250). The power button launches wintv7 and the windows button launches MCE. I have the same remote on a second box that came with the Pinanncle PCTV remote control kit and the power button there maps to "wake up/sleep" power feature of windows. I know the one from the PVR-2250 is going through the Hauppauge IR software, but what is the PCTV remote using (no special software installed) that it's doing something different? Where can I configure the PVR-2250 remote to behave the same way? I think it's in IRRemote.ini but I don't know the syntax.

you can us the 'no software trick' in my sig...it allows to remap ms mce remotes natively...
let me know if any problems figuring out the keys..[pretty simple actually,check the examples]

make a backup of that registry key before changing anything tho..
works the same in win7 thru xp for all real mediacenter remotes...
