I installed GB-pvr, with my PVR250.  Everything works great on my monitor.  If I set the tv output on my video card to display the same thing as my monitor everything works prefectly.  However when I try to set my tv as an extension to my monitor, gbpvr won't open.  When I click on it, an error box comes up with a button on it, but there are no words or message.  If you click the button the box goes away, and gbpvr doesn't start.  The video card is a Hercules 3D 9200.  Anyone have any suggestions?  Below are the last few things in the logs when it is trying to load.  Is there a better decoder? I was using the Nvidia DVD decoder or something I think.

Its looks like VMR9 is not supported by you video card when run this way. Try Overlay to see if it makes any difference.

Now that was a quick response.
It works too. Thanks a lot.
