I have just added a TBS dual DVB-T2 card to my system and all is working well apart from the following.

1 No EPG information on BBC HD ITV HD or C4 HD , resolved by using an XML file extracted from Digiguide.

2. No sound on HD channels when recordings played back on my Popcorn A110 , I believe that this is something to do with the AAC encoding. I tried playing around with VLC but do not really understand how to configure it to stream to the Popcorn and attached TV.

3. The files play ok on my PC and on our Smart Sony bedroom tv using Serviio.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks

There is no native support for HE-AAC on the PCH so you would need to play them using NextPVR and a current version of mvpmcx2. If you are doing that you might need to cut a 50MB chunk and upload it somewhere for me to try.

Thanks Martin

I have setup the program and can browse to NPVR from the Popcorn. I can see the picture but no sound on any type of ts file HD SD etc.

The files play ok on NPVR on the PC.

Could you run that again entering the IP of your PCH?

How do you launch mvpmcx2? You don't have an mvpmc share

Ok, that's a bit clumsier but works. Could you check your audio outputs in the NMT setup and make sure that HDMI audio is On and AAC is set to Analog. SD should work if HDMI audio is on.

The settings are as you specified.

I also have an Onyko sound system in the circuit which may be part of the problem.

I will take out of the loop and try again tomorrow.

Thanks foryour help.
