no it isn't. some others have requested this, and sub has repeatedly said he will not be adding such a feature. If you don't press pause or rewind during live tv, then it's as live as possible, and is NOT reading the on-disk buffer. The transfer from the capture device to the video renderer happens via shared memory rather than the buffer file.
