XBMC Could not connect

Desktop: W764, NextPVR 2.5.9 + R2 patches

XBMC: Raspberry Pi, Openelec 2.99.2 (3.0 RC 2), nextpvr addon: 1.6.4

Live TV and the nextpvr add-ons are enabled, Connection lost message appears every 10 seconds.
If I try to go Live TV, it says: No PVR Add-ons have been started. Wait for its start or check logs

XBMC Log repeats these five lines:

The IP address is definitely correct. If I enter the above URL into a browser the following appears:

Never mind, somehow the firewall decided to block port 8866...
Unblocked and tv is on rpi now
