Unable to locate Crossbar filter

I have read all over the forums for a solution to this, but none that I found solved my issue.

I'm receiving a "Unable to locate Crossbar filter" error when attempting to scan for channels. Attached are my log and FilterCheck scans.

Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like something is very wrong with your tuner driver; there's a crossbar filter there, but it has no input/output pins. In fact, your device seems to be missing many pins and other components that have to be there. I'm not sure if that could be a driver problem, or some other issue in Windows. What version of Windows are you running?

I'm currently running Windows 8.

I'd agree with johnsonx42. It looks like this device's driver isn't in a usable state. The Crossbar is missing all it's pins.

Is it working in any other software?

No, I haven't been able to get it to work with any PVR software.

I ran FilterCheck again, attached are the logs. And I added the following to AnalogDevices.xml:
<Device filter="VideoMate TV Capture">
<Name>SAA Card</Name>
<Type>SOFT_ENCODE</Type>
</Device>

And it's not showing up in devices in the software

Unfortunately it still doesn't look right with that driver. The crossbar is still missing it's pins.
