Finally got around to installing the update. Server upgrade seems to be working fine but the client upgrade has problems. The epg is not working on the client (it is on the server). I checked and the address in the xml.config file is correct (https://json.schedulesdirect.org/20140530). Everything is recording properly on the server, I just can't set a new recording on the client.

Also, every time I try and change a program on the client I get a box stating I basically have SQLite database problems. I have no idea what that's about.

I would send a log file but I don't know what you want, server or client and which log file.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Zipping the logs dir for both the server and the client would be a good start...

Did you install the upgrade on both the client and the server? You need to, otherwise you can get problems like this.

Yes, the upgrade was installed on both the client and server. I think I'm attaching a zip file of the client log directory.

Can you post a screenshot of the error message?

Sorry to take so long, Had to find and install a screen capture program for the client computer. Hope you can read the screen shot.

I sure wish Microsoft would just add a screen capture function into Windows, it'd be a really handy feature. There's this unused key on the keyboard labeled "Prt Scr" they could use for that, and to make it even better, they could make it so if you press "Alt-Prt Scr" it would just capture the active window. Maybe they'll add something like that to Windows 10? Or maybe it's been there all along?

Ok, I'm being an ass. Must be after midnight.

As to the actual problem your screenshot shows, that indicates your database didn't get upgraded when you installed 3.3.8. This always happens to a handful of people with every upgrade, no idea why. On the server, run NextPVR.exe -updatedb.

(edit: or, it occurs to me that maybe the problem is that your client is pointing to the wrong database somehow? running -updatedb won't hurt anything on the server either way, and if you still get this error afterwards, then check your database path in Settings->Devices and make sure you're accessing the correct and current database)

Shift PrtScr should work?
