Next PVR locks up when stopping playback

When watching recorded programs, if I click the on-screen stop button or press Escape to stop playback the screen goes black and NextPVR becomes totally unresponsive. This behavior has been going on for a while, and I had hoped the upgrade to 3.8.3 might resolve it. When I look in NPVR.log, the last few lines contain

[DEBUG][7] Element not found: /Skin/Element[@name="ListSelectionMetaData"]

I have no idea what that means or if it is relevant. Logs are attached. I am running Windows 7 SP1. Thanks for any help in resolving this.

You can ignore that skin message.

Sorry. I posted too soon and in the wrong section. After I posted I went back to the original announcement for 3.8.3 and saw that you had posted some bug fixes a few days after I upgraded. I have installed that build and so far so good. Hadn't thought to look for updates in the announcement thread. Will do so in the future. Thanks.

PS: When I started NPVR after installing the new build, it threw up a screen saying there was a new version available, even though it was reporting 160929 as being installed. Thought you might want to know. I haven't seen that happen before.
