Installed latest version on server and client.

Using stock EPG which functions perfectly on server and web interface at client..

On the client live TV is fine but the EPG has no details for channels, although the channels play fine when selected.

What am I missing to have the client EPG show channel details?

Much thanks,
Doug.

(I have searched around but found nothing pertinent)

Is the date/time and timezone set correctly on the client machine?

What EPG source are you using?

The date and time are correct @ both server & client.

The EPG is the stock TV Guide plugin which updates correctly at the set time. On the browser web TV Guide at the client all is correct, channels, date time programs and details, selections play with no issue.

When TV guide within NPVR is displayed all looks well except all the slots say (no show detail) the times and channels look fine. Live TV works fine if one of these is selected as does Live TV plugin.

What is the EPG source though? ie, Schedules Direct, or ATSC EPG, or XMLTV?

Are the client and server running the same version of NextPVR?

You'll probably need to try viewing the EPG on the client, then zip and attach the logs.

- EPG source ATSC EPG (I have not installed any 3rd party EPG stuff, just using what came native. NEXA and classic work perfectly.
- Versions are the same client and server installed at the same time from the official download site.
- The EPG refreshes at the server with the update button and refreshes auto at the designated time.
-Server TV Guide is fine from within NPVR program.

Interesting side note I played a little with nLight as the client same client machine - it displayed the correct TV guide listings.

It's important to keep in mind, the ATSC EPG in North America will typically only give you a few hours of listings, so if you do an 'update EPG' the listings will look fine, then in a few hours like you'll notice there no details. For this reason, most North American users use Schedules Direct (or zap2xml).

As mentioned, you'll probably need to try viewing the guide on the client, then post your client logs. I'm pretty sure it'll contain an error message that'll test us immediately why it's not loading.

log attached

ATSC EPG gives me enough for purpose, it selected automatically on scan, I didn't know there was a choice though without introducing a 3rd party option,

Odd, no obvious error messages shown there.

How many channels do you have?

I don't normally record so had not tried, however from the client the error is no tuner found although live tv choices work.

I have 9 OTA channels
