Digital Tuners, Graph Fail

About a week ago I started getting the error:
Unexpected error building digital graph: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at DShowHelper.ConnectFilters(IBaseFilter* pFilterUpstream, IBaseFilter* pFilterDownstream, _AMMediaType* mediatype)
at Native.DigitalRecorderBase.BuildGraph(String deviceFilter, Int32 deviceInstance, Int32 commonInterface, Int32 commonInterfaceInstances, String& message)
at NShared.DigitalRecorder.StartStream(ChannelMapping channelMapping, String target, String& reason)

Reboot I thought, but when I did the PC never came back. Turns out the power supply had gone.
A week later and today I installed a new supply and all appears OK except for the above error which is still there.
I have an analog tuner that works fine but neither digital one does.
I went for an install of the latest version 3.9.2 to see if that would help but no change.
God knows if the power supply issue is related but I'm praying it's not hardware.
I'm hoping a file is missing/corrupt, a driver file maybe?
Any ideas?

Did you try re-installing WinTV?

Going by the log messages, I get the feeling the "MPEG-2 Demultiplexer" directshow component is missing on your machine. You might need to run up something like GraphStudioNext to check.

Reinstalled DirectX and all OK now.
Many thanks - we've been lost without NPVR for the last week!

Oops, spoke too soon.
DirectX fixed the recording, all files looking good, but I can't play them on PCHs.
They play OK on the server in npvr but we only get a few seconds on the PCHs then back to the menu, and strangely the logs seem to show a 'Received: STREAM_STOP'. Tried two different PCHs, both do the same.
This is all pointing to the desperate need to build a new server but in the short term any ideas what else has gone wrong/missing?

Sorted!
I ran the NMTChecker, which gave 'The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.'.
Tried NEWA which failed and the error (GetIP4Address) led me to :

Tried deleting the files (I had 2, one with and one without the missing 't') and restarting but still no file/joy.
So reinstalled 3.9.2 and file is back (with the 't') all is working once again.

Good hunting! Yes all XP users will need to find VerifyInernalNetworkJSON.cs in users\web\app_code and delete it manually.
