All of the channels are set to composite.
Bringing up WINTV brought up the channel right away (without changing channels) and closing it and bringing up NextPVR brought up the channel just fine(without changing channels) and changing channels after that worked just fine. When I came home from work I see that iit is working, I will check in the morning again.
