PriorityRecording.exe error

Any suggestions what's wrong?? This is what I'm getting back when attempting to run the PriorityRecording.exe file

More than likely you are missing one of two files either PriorityRecordings.xml or PriorityRecordings.xsd. Make sure that both of those files is in your GBPVR root directory. You can get a priorityrecordings.xml file from the wiki if you are missing it.
