4.0.4 no playback from HD-PVR2 with new TSreader

Even with the ts reader patch from the "freeze while skip" thread, channels from my HD-PVR2 (which are most of them) still have no playback at all.

The "please wait" screen stays up for several seconds, and then just a black screen with no audio. I've waited up to 30 seconds while trying, but never got playback.

With the MS decoder, the TS reader 4 stats are:

Sorry for the confusion. Live TV does not work--recording TV and then playing back the recording does work.

Yes, if I record a channel, I can play back the recording just fine.

Playing Live TV does not work. So it seems the recording service is working fine, but the ts reader / something about live tv playback isn't. Does playing a recording use the ts reader, or just hand it off to directshow?

Both Live TV and playback of recordings use the new TS reader.

If you try skipping back, or changing to another HD-PVR2 channel, does it stay the same or start working?

Skipping back leads to the display of a pixelated frame, but no video or audio beyond that. Changing channels does the same.

I don't have the Cyberlink decoder here to try, so can you temporarily try another decoder, like the LAV Video Decoder to see if it makes any difference?
