Error: Item has allready been added

Hi. I get this message when I try and access the Guide.

Error: Item has allready been added. Key in dictionary: "9508" Key being added: "9508". Any idea what this is?

Sorted it. There was duplicate recording. Must have been one on each capture card. Weird

Oops new error: When I schedule a recording I get the error: No connection could be made becuase the target machine actively refused it. But... It goes red all thge same and it ends up in reoccuring. Any ideas?

OK sorry works again. Recording service was dead. Why did it not just say that?
