Hi. I just noticed from the logs that the FFMPG that is delivered with NPVR is from 2015. I was researching some high CPU activity while viewing a recording.
Is this necessary for legacy reasons?
Would it upset the apple cart if the newest version was substituted into the NPVR directories?
Can the FFMPEG commands be manipulated? And freely admitting that I don't know what I'm talking about, is it worth my time to experiment to see if hardware encoding is possible?
thanks,
BrianGGG
