Unable to find available capture device

Not able to play play live TV. Capture devices are installed and showing as enabled. But not showing on status screen.

The logs so no sign of the device being present. ie, it's either unplugged, or their are no drivers installed, or the device has failed.

Thanks Sub,

I found the problem is with the driver for the device and Windows permissions.
