I just took a look at this file now. It does play through correctly for me.

At approximately what time in that .ts file do you see the problem start? Can you supply a set of logs showing you play that file?

Its about 40 seconds into the TS file.  I've just played it again twice and attached the logs (see 21:08 onwards).

Also, alongside the TS file in the link about is an MP4 video clip taken on my phone showing what happens and when during the playback.

Last night my V4 server started playing some recorded shows with the video and audio out of sync.  The audio was trailing the video by around 2 seconds.  However, when I started trying a few other recordings to see what was going on, I noticed a pattern.  Many of the channels on Comcast are broadcast in h.264 and recordings from those channels played back fine  (These are marked with an AVC tag in the channels menu of the HD HomeRun Prime's internal web server). 

MediaInfo shows that these files are MPEG-TS Containers with 1 video stream: AVC and 1 audio stream: AC-3.

The recordings with sync issues were all recorded from the major broadcast channels (ABC, NBC, CBS, etc.) which Comcast sends without the h.264 compression.  Playback of these uncompressed recordings were suddenly unwatchable. 

MediaInfo shows that these files are MPEG-TS Containers with 1 video stream: MPEG Video, and 2 audio streams AC-3/AC-3.

Next I took a look at recent updates in Win 10.  Sure enough, Windows had installed a driver update for my Nvidia graphic card the day before.  Hmm...  A smoking gun!  I went to the Nvidia website and downloaded the latest drivers from there and now both types of channels playback properly once again.  Thanks Microsoft...   Angry 

Just wanted to toss this out there as another possibility in the fight against out-of-sync recording playback.   Cool
