Forum glitch; removing errant attachments?

Hi sub

Sometimes (today) I add an attachment to a post then realise it is the wrong one but when I click "Remove" it justs posts the post it does not remove the attachment???

I looked for [attachment = ] tags to remove it manually but cannot see any of those either (in Full Edit)

Yes sub is aware of a theme issue. You can delete from manage attachment link in the user settings

It doesn't seem to be something that's going to get fixed, and outside of my control. As Martin said, you can delete the attachments in the User CP.
