My Videos totally gone

Ok, a bit of a strange problem here.

Up to today, everything's been working great. Suddenly when I was downloading some episode information for something I'd recorded earlier in the My Videos plugin, GBPVR crashed.

After that, every time I tried to reload GBPVR resulted in it never actually opening. After watching it in task manager, the memory usage just kept increasing. (IE it ended up getting to around 800mb before my PC rashed). I tried restarting, and it still happened.

I tried disabling My Videos, and it all worked again with the obvious exception of My Videos. Ah ha, I thought - something must be wrong with My Videos. So I tried going through and cleaning the database, removing the entries in the database, going through the settings again to no avail.

So next I uninstalled GBPVR completely, and reinstalled. It worked fine. I then installed the My Videos plugin. I followed the instructions, put the database there, unzipped the files, went with the default theme for now in desperation, and tried again.

Unfortunately, that too did not work - although GBPVR started up with My Videos enabled, it isnt shown on the menu screen. I've tried having a look through similar problems here to no avail, they dont seem to be the same.

What is your db called in the gbpvr directory
Your log says it can't find videos.mdb. Are you using mydatabase.mdb in your gbpvr directory? If so change your connection string in the my video's config from videos.mdb to mydatabase.mdb, or course i don't know what your db is called. If the db you have in gbpvr directory is called mydatabase.mdb then thats your problem, if the db you have is videos.mdb in the gbpvr directory beats me..

Wow, thanks a lot! I knew it had to be something obvious. I had just thought that because by default it was videos.mdb, I left it, It completely went over my head It wasnt called that. Changed it and all working

yeah sorry, i left videos.mdb somewhere in the code, ill fix it to point to mydatabase.mdb in the next version.
