Hi sub,
It certainly seems to be OSD related. Whilst trying to get a screen shot by pressing pause, I noticed that the tearing does not appear when the timeline is showing at the bottom of the screen. As soon as the timeline disappears, the tearing re-appears. Can you help me with how to take a screenshot whilst the video is playing?
According to the Intel website I have the latest video drivers installed.
Thanks,
Stanno

I was assuming you'd just be able to press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. Alternatively taking a photo with camera on phone.

I don't really know much about it I'm afraid. My machine uses an nvidia video card. I just remember there was a users that was talking Intel about it, and gave them the steps to reproduce it, and they eventually added a fix. I also remember something else happened later which reverted it, and he was going back to talk to them about it...and then I lost track of what was happening with it. I'd assumed it would have been fixed by now.

Hmm... I have a small BT keyboard that doesn't have a PrtScr key.....

Also Windows has automatically "updated" the drivers back to a 2021 version replacing the latest 2022 ones from Intel that I installed. Arrrggghh.

With thanks for your help, I will just leave the resolution at 1280x720 and live with it.
