Uidroid backdrop

Wondering if there's a way to change the backdrop in Uidroid on Android (and the desktop actually).


Active skin is Default but there are no alternatives ?

Yes, you can use a file in the data folder /skin/Default/Background-nlite.jpg for all the UI clients.  I love this one that sub created

Yes.

Actually, no you need to exit from the main menu and then it should appear with the next login.

I just add a file called Background-nlite.jpg to C:\Program Files\NextPVR\data\skin\Default which already has a background.jpg file ?

Right, you can change background.jpg if you want but this special file is more efficient and make screen display a little faster.

Tried adding as an extra file and exiting the app on the PC and restarting the server but the backdrop doesn't change. Maybe restart the PC, but will have to be later...

If you use Exit on the main menu it should work.  Perhaps you used the Home key to exit

Thanks. It does change on the Shield, but can't get it to change on the same app in the main PC, where the server is.

(well same looking app - NextPVR client).
