organising the channel list

I probably posted this before, and I searched to see if I could find any updates.
Is there a way to re-order the channel numbers so that they are not randomly presented as per the satellite scan

You can change the channel numbering to anything you want! My choice is 1 to 4 - BBC, 10 to 19 - ITV, 20 to 29 - Channel 4, 30 to 39 - Channel 5, 40 to 49 - Other favourite channels.
Under Settings > Channels click on the spanner to change the channel number.
