Channel freezes , will not resume

Hello,
While watching channel newsnation today at 9:12am cst it froze and will not resume.  This happens with all most channels.  Probably a provider issue but want to make sure.  
Any information will be helpful.

The IP of the server is changing which can mean the load balancer is not sending compatible streams and corrupting the file. Try this in config.xml https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid577288 to see if it helps.

Ok, Changed it from false to true. No change...any thoughts?

Dumb question. You say server. NextPVR server or the provider server?
