comskip parallel processing not updating skips in Kodi

I have setup Coskip to parallel scan live-tv and create the skips while the record is processing. One limitation I have seen is Kodi does not update the skip points after the playback started. I changed the setting in Nextpvr Kodi client settings to 5 minutes for update intervals but nothing changed. Is there no way to get Kodi to update the skip points while viewing a recording in progress?

That is currently not supported by the Kodi comksip PVR API, post on the Kodi forum for enhancement. NextPVR.exe and UI clients do support that.
