Need updated setup instructions

Instructions for setup of GB-PVR and MVP need updated, like recomended defaults and what they mean, the instructions do not reflect the current choices and there ramifications i.e. ffdshow and how to use it-postprocessing and transcodeing and such. How and what other progs. need to be installed to maxamize functionally for the new releases. Having them all in one location would simplify setup for first time users.

I just re-read my post from way to early today/late last night and it did sound a little rude, :o I would be happy to help with updating the instructions (forgot it is a wiki format) as soon as I get a better grasp of the program. I want you to know that I appreciate your work and think its a very neat program. On a side note, after 5 hours I was successful in getting it working
