M Videos help

I have installed the my videos plugin and followed the "for dummies" guide and am able to view my recordings and rip dvd's however i don't appear to have the function to record to dvd. The guide says to simply select your recording and choose burn from the pop up menu but i don't have that menu available !
Any help much appreciated

there is one error though: the popup-menu comes up with the "go"-button on the remote (f11 on keyboard), not "func" (ctrl+o). the rest is still the same.

I have a wierder issue - I have My Videos selected in GBPVR Config, and I have the options configured, but I get no menu button on the main menu. The GBPVR log reports that it's initialized the task, though. Any ideas? Anyone? Bueller?

kayleigh post your gbpvr.exe.log file (im presume you are still using the standard blue skin, if not change to that aswell).

I found out that the path to the .mdb file was wrong (I use a german version of Win2k). After changing the path it worked! (The manual says just to change the database filename)

I looked through it a bit... There's no error for the MyDatabase.mdb being called. I double-checked everything in the dummies guide and from the info/faq in the wiki, so I tried to solve the issue before bothering anyone. Everything in my signature is still accurate (until I update XRecord later today ). Thanks for the help!

you dont have the skin directory for "OnScreenKeyboard", you probably didnt unzip the complete zip file, make sure blue contains the following directories
"My Videos"
"OnScreen Keyboard"
"Keypad"

I used the .exe installer, since that's the only way the latest versions are packaged now. I'll go back through the older versions & get them installed (thank goodness I keep them archived ).

there is no .exe installer for my videos (i dont like them).
