Hauppauge working sometimes

Okay i'm using the 150 with the irblaster on a hughes sat. receiver. if i run through the Hauppauge config tool the box works fine and follows commands. But after 30 minutes or so, the channel will not change. the remote still works, but it will not send a signal to change the channel in gbpvr. if i use the wintv it will send the signal to change. but to get it to work in gb-pvr, i have to rerun the config tool.

anything i should check?

You should be using the '.exe channel changer' and point it at "c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\HaupBlast.exe"
