EPG not configured error

Although I think I set it up properly, each time I try to update EPG I am told it;s not configured correctly. I'm using Zap2it and am resgisterd and can login. Am I missing something?

Usually when this happens, it is because GB-PVR is being blocked from talking to the zap2it website by firewall software (zonealarm etc) on the users machine.
If you're unable to find the cause, try it again then email you config.exe.log to me at support@devnz.com. You could also email your zap2it login information and I'll try it on my machine.
