Marmitek PC Remote

I got GB-PVR to work on one of my old system (and will keep using it there until I buy a barebone after summer), but now my next challenge:

I am using a Marmitek Gigavideoset to send the video-out signal on my PVR-350 to my tv. The infrared extender on the Gigavideo died (I dropped it too often I guess   ) so now I am looking at buying the Marmitek PC Remote.
In the manual they talk about Showshifter software (which I am not interested in since I don't even have tv out on my VGA card   ) and I am wondering if anyone has experience with this specific remote with GB-PVR.
If not.. can someone give indication whether this remote will work with GB-PVR? This is the remote I am talking about.

Does the remote have girder support? (http://www.girder.nl) if so you can set it up to driver gbpvr using girder.

Thanks, I bought one and got it to work with grider on my VGA screen.

Next problem (you felt that coming hehehe) is, it won't work on TV-out on my PVR 350 card. When I select the tv out in GB-PVR configuration the remote just doesn't do a thing, when I switch back to internal, it works just fine....
Any suggestions?

Glad it works. Ermm... I'm not using PVR350 TV out. Can anyone else help? I guess the events aren't sent to girder in TV out mode? Maybe sub can answer that one.

Holybuck, they events from girder just come as keystrokes and should be the same whether or not you use the PVR350. I dont personally use girder, so I'm not that familiar with it - does it require GB-PVR to be in the foreground in the same way the Hauppauge remote does?

Is there any diagnostic information provided by girder? You might want to see if you can "test" some of the events from the girder .gml editor thing, to see if it gives more info about what is going wrong.
