I've setup NPVR 2.5.9R1 with a digital and analog card (PVR150). Think all is properly setup, capture card visible in NPVR and frequencies loaded.
Problem is when I try to record from the analog device, a zero-length .ts is created and CPU (Celeron G550) jumps to 50%.
I am clueless. Any help is welcome. Logs attached.
I can no longer get NPVR to work on my PH. Not sure what I did to mess it up. I did install Windows8, but it had stopped working previous to that. Every time I try to load NPVR it just kicks me back out to the PH menu system. Any help to get back working would be greatly appreciated. See NMTchecker results below and attached logs.

I'm having some problems with audio when watching tv. What is strange is on some channels there is sounds, but then on others there is no sound.
Can anyone please help.
So here is the deal, I have comcast and I have a cablecard activated and somewhat working with my HDHomerun prime unit. Now my problem is that my stupid cablecard is missing channel information for a handful of channels I get. I went through using my hdhomerun setup utility and found these channels and I can tune them in VLC/Media player. How can I manually add these channels to my NextPVR setup?
im looking for someone to test the clear epg feature and update epg feature.
Someone who isn't using xmltv as the source (or using xmltv and another option).
On my system it only seems to update the xmltv source when I do an update, but im having an issue in NextPVR where every morning my guide is cleared and I only have xmltv listings, and I need to manually do an update, so this *may* be related.
you can find the update and clear button on the "Devices" tab of the configuration. I'm going to move these to the channels tab for the next release.
Graham Wrote:Bugger. Web Console, XBMC, NEWA ... it's all too much for me. Next thing, I'll be able to run NPVR on my phone ... Oh! Wait ...
my intention is to get this at a point where its stable and feature complete, then request sub replace NEWA with this as the standard web application as its using newer technology with separation of UI and code (NEWA has a lot of CSS hardcoded in the code behind), has a full API at its core and lets you fully configure NextPVR in a headless environment. Not trying to say NEWA is bad or anything, its just old and out of date. I want something that is on par with the NextPVR app.
its pretty stable now, i just think ive scared too many people off with my warnings on the announcement post, didnt want people complaining of destroyed systems (but that wouldnt happen)
