Ive recently rebuilt my server and trying to get everything running via docker.

im using omv6 which allows docker install via docker compose not docker run.

Is there a guide for installing next pvr via docker compose? i can only find docker run ones.

ive got jellyfin etc running just cant find a nectpvr one.

Hi Sub,
Thank you for returning fan art to the video library.
There appears to be a bug when displaying the artwork in sub directories.  Where the directory has a folder jpg, the videos do not display their individual artwork, as per below. (screenshots 1-4)
Similarity in videos library, if a main folder has a folder.jpg and then opened, the subfolders in that folder have their fan art displayed, but videos in the folder display the folder.jpg art not their own artwork (screenshots 5-6).
This problem did not seem to occur in version 4.

Running in Libreelec - hoping Npvr is solid enough to replace my 6-tuner Windows 7 Mediacenter. Also trying TVheadend that I was able to configure without too much issues. Platform for the PVR will be a Pi4, Clients will be Kodi running on a slew of different devices...

Got a couple of questions if I may:

1) Where do I find the scan-tables running under LE?? I'm in Sydney/AU and the frequencies in the provided scantables are out - just like the ones in TVheadend. Only need to update the frequencies a bit but cannot find them...
2) how do I specify the location of an external XMLTV file?? I'm grabbing the XMLTV file on a windows server and copy it to the Downloads folder in LE - which is in /storage/downloads and exposed via samba as just downloads

My logs are below. My recordings work 80% of the time and I don't quite understand why. It starts to record for .02 seconds then stops, telling me it's likely the end of VOD?

I'm not sure why, there's nothing wrong with my stream at all. I've tried different ABC channels from different locations, uninstalled/reinstalled NextPVR (after deleting all traces), and rescheduled recordings, etc. 

Version: 6.1.3.230521

What's weird is if I search for all ffmpeg.exe on my PC, the following shows up (some from other apps)....the size is what's weird to me

Hi Guys,

Struggling with a strange issue - I currently have NextPVR running on a Windows 10 PC serving a few Kodi clients - the spec of this PC is:

Intel Core i7-4790
16GB RAM
240GB SSD (As Windows drive - clean installation of Windows 10 - no other software besides NextPVR & PIA VPN)
1TB Seagate SSHD (As drive to save NextPVR Recordings)
1GB Network Card Wired To 1GB Fibre Internet
4GB Nvidia GTX 745 Video Card

I have an IPTV device setup in NextPVR loading a local M3U file and all this seems fine, NextPVR settings are more or less left as default when a clean install was performed, only thing that I changed was the recording folder location and obviously setup the IPTV device. Great, this all looks good so far, everything works great on any of the Kodi clients, all channels load quickly and I can record etc. etc. The problem seems to come when the Live TV changes to the AD break, it stutters, freezes even sometimes stops the channel and goes back to the TV guide. This happens in nearly all channels - mostly UK based channels, at first I though it was something to do with the audio changing from Dolby Digital 5.1 back to stereo for the ADs but it doesn't matter, a lot of the channels stay at Dolby Digital for the ADs , I have tested a lot of these channels in VLC player and all work fine. I have also tested various things like with or without the VPN, have everything on my network switched off bar the NextPVR server and only one Kodi system to name just the numerous things I have tried, I guess I'm just wondering has anyone here come across something similar. I have attached the NextPVR logs, thanks in advance guys

Hello;

With the IPTV tuner and Kodi as the client, some channels show two embedded CC options. The first always doesn't work, and the second always works.

Any way to address that?

Just a quick question before I start to write an ooRexx script to replace PostProcessing.bat.

When PostProcessing.bat is called is it called as "PostProcessing.bat" or " PostProcessing " (no extension) ?  

I understand Rexx better than Windows CMD (bat)

I'm not sure when this started because there haven't been many new shows due to the strike, but recordings scheduled through the guide are all failing, while those manually scheduled succeed. The failed recordings display the following message in red:
[Failed: No errors, but no data delivered. This is usually because the device failed to lock a signal.]

There are no problems watching and pausing live shows.

So I'm totally new to this 

I downloaded NextPVR and I was able to load all the Live TV and VOD through the web app 

I'm using Kodi and downloaded NextPVR add-on and the Live channels are working perfectly fine

However, am not sure how to load the VOD using NextPVR on Kodi, what should I do, or is it even possible?

*** I downloaded a movie from the web app (nextPVR) and I was able to load it on Kodi but not directly

When trying to stream live tv from plutotv extra, get the above message on any channel.
 Changed the live tv directory to /tmp in case a permission issue but get same message

Can see in logs where the stream starts.  (Extra uses streamlink) .  If I run streamlink directly with the url from the log and dump to a file it records correctly.
