I have a few channels where it is available on multiple sources - DVB-T, DVB-S and analogue from a STB.
I have made sure the names are identical, the EPG source is the same and the "channel" number is the same.
However, they appear on the EPG as separate channels. They also appear on searchlite as different channels (which is where I first spotted it)
Is this expected or is there a way of merging them. BBC3 in the screenshot is an example (as is 'dave').
With NPVR I scanned the digital channels which could be received with the Hauppage HVR-2200.
After the scan I see a couple of channels . If I go to the channels in the setup and select the digital channel and click on details Iâm able to change the name and the source. If I change the source from âDVB/ATSC EPGâ to âXMLTV. The change is taken over after pressing the OK button. But when I want to change the settings back from âXMLTVâ to âDVB/ATSC EPGâ the change is not saved?

Hi all,
I have recently purchased an Elgato Eyetv Diversity USB tuner for my PC.
I have installed GB-PVR with the hopes of using it with my tuner.
I have selected the option to show card connected to my computer but unfortunately nothing comes up as a match.
I have noticed that there are Cinergy and Terratec options in the available cards.
My Card came bundled with "Terratec Home Cinema" and while it is running, i notice an app by the name of "cinergydvr.exe" running in the processes.
Is it possible that these options may work with this card?
I have used GBPVR with a cheaper card and really liked the software and would like to use it with this card if possible.
sub changed GBPVR/Media/art to NPVR/Media/Shows .. for now I just copied the icons across
but could I request you change (or allow the user to change) the recipient directory so my postprocessing.bat, which downloads these after a show is recorded, then auto-downloads to the new dir ...

I have earlier install latest version of PVR2 and later I uninstall and deleted the whole directory. I tried to reinstall it again but it will give me an error message "Fatal error installation ended prematurely because of an error" . There is something in the registry that seems like giving the problem. Please help. Thanks.
A few weeks ago I programmed NPVR to record, for a season, a double episode of CSI. Later I established that it was not the version of CSI required by my wife so I cancelled it, but it keeps coming back each time an EPG update is done! As you would expect, this double episode consists of two 1 hour long episodes but I need to cancel each twice - i.e. I cancel one episode but it remains highlighted red so I cancel it a second time and then it changes to green. I then repeat this process for the other episode. BUT it all returns at the next EPG update. I note that I have a dual tuner, so that is probably the reason it is programmed twice, as I get two recordings of each episode.
I currently have v1.5.28 but this problem has carried over from previous versions. I have emptied the EPG but the unwanted programming returns when the EPG is reloaded. I do not have this problem with any other programmed recordings.
