I've got an ATI4650 and there is only one way to get it hardware decode the H264 files: the powerDVD codec.
Until yesterday GPVR has worked perfectly with the Powerdvd 9 codec for the H264, but today I update the PowerDVD 9 to the latest patch. Now DVDs still work perfectly, but no video with H264 HD files.
Obviusly PowerDVD 9 (latest) works perfectly with H264.
Any advice?
Hi.
I get lots of this errors in LOG - what exactly causing it?
Code:
2010-08-16 22:55:30.780 [DEBUG][1] CheckCache() indicates:D:\.userdata\Users\Public\NPVR\skin\Default\Videos\folder.jpg is not cached
2010-08-16 22:55:30.786 [DEBUG][1] Unexpected error in GetImage() callback (@previewImage): System.ArgumentException: Parameter is not valid.
This is the message I now get after rescanning my qam channels since Comcast decided to move them a second time this week. The scans went fine but when I try to watch live tv to map my channels this is the message I get, logs attached.
I'm about ready to give up on the whole thing, comcast is scrambling more channels all the time and the without clear qam the tunning cards are pretty useless.
I am trying to troubleshoot recording problems that I am having, and something in the logs is making me suspect that multirecord could be causing the problem. Is there a way to disable the feature in config.xml?
I would like to start some nPVR-plugin development. Can I select which .NET language I would like to use? I'd rather use C#, as i have done some small projects in that(VS 2008) .NET 3.5.
What language do you use for nPVR plugin-development?
I had my HDHomeRun working with NPVR. I was happy. I could record multiple shows at the same time. LiveTV was working. The world was bright and hopeful.
Then today, NPVR just doesn't work with the tuner. I get no picture, no sound. Watching the HDHomeRun with the setup program the network traffic is below 1mbps. I am highly doubtful any usable video is being streamed.
I have attached the logs. This was working before.
One thing I recently did change was the power profile. I set the computer to sleep so that it won't heat up my office. I do not know if the issue is related.
Hello, I was a user of GBPVR a few years back with my Sapphire Theatrix 550pro, but have recently purchased a new WinTV HVR-1600 and have issues with every program I am using (windows media center can't detect any channels properly, the EPG is wrong, and only CBS and NBC are able to work, under different channel numbers)
I'm having a few issues. First, I can't seem to see any live televesion after configuring my tv tuner. I do see some live television through Windows Media Center, and saw all channels work properly without a working EPG on BeyondTV. So my tv tuner shouldn't be the problem.
Second, every time I save anything in config, it crashes. I have to force-close the program, and when I go back my settings were saved, it's just a pain to have it crash every single time.
I am using Windows 7. I can post full system details if necessary and upload logs, but which logs should I upload? Thanks for all the help.
