On the Forecast Details screen, what are the numbers in parentheses for Hi Temp and Wind?

The only thing I can come up with is that they might be record high values.

Sometimes I will load up a synopsis on the web-UI, and despite all the recoding info being there, there is no record option.

Have I done something wrong?

Sub, I'm sure there used to be a setting that delayed the setting of a show as 'Watched' until it was watched for a given length of time, eg 20 seconds. This is to allow you to check that the recording is good without setting it as 'watched'.

Using 1.4.7, I can't find it in config.xml though. Has it disappeared?

Hi Sub. This has been solved, but it's caused by the config app.

My DVB-S sound went when I installed the new version. Reason why is the new config aoo detection routines miss the decoder i normally use and set it back to System.Default. The "InterVideo Audio Decoder for TechnoTrend" one is mission.

I've manually set the "PreferredAudioDecoder" to this one above and it all works again, so if you woul dhave it being detected or showing up at lease n the config app that would be appreciated.

I am experiencing difficulties with pausing, resuming, fastforwarding and skipping HD digital recordings (and live TV). I have no problems at all with SD recordings.
In HD TS files the first pause early in a recording responds to resume OK, but after that I have to wait from 20 seconds to over 3 minutes for the video to resume and a similar length of time following that for the audio to restart.
I have tried every combination of audio and video codecs on my system. I have also experimented with various other config settings to no avail.
Is there any know combination of codecs and settings that overcome this problem? Or is this a hardware or display driver issue?

I recorded Wuthering Heights last night which was one of the rare programs transmitted on ITV HD .

The picture and sound appear to be ok when editing on Video Redo Alpha but when I tried to play the original and edited version on GBPVR and Windows 7 media player the sound is silent.

I repeated the process on BBC HD this morning and the sound was fine.

I am confused why Video Redo can "see" and play the AC3 sound track which is then "missing" from the playback programs.

I am using thw Win 7 H264 codecs.

As the title states, I just installed a new hard drive and have moved my recordings and livetv folders to this new hard drive. The recordings are physically there....however, in GBPVR, under the recordings screen, it is all empty. In the config, I have changed the directories respectively. So this "mapping" must be located somewhere else. I looked into the database, but could not find anywhere where a mapping is located. I am a developer but just need a step in the right direction. Does anyone know where I can find to update this mapping within GBPVR?

Hi,

I upgrade my 1.3.11 to 1.4.7 last night.

the previously working multidec setup no longer worked after the upgrade (there were no issues as such during the upgrade) - completed without issue.
all the multidec settings on misc2 tab were as in 1.3.11 - so nothing had been turned off along the way.

I also tried a rescan of the C1 satellite - and it came back to me telling it had found no channels. I know i have enough signal - but for some reason it didnt find any channels after rescan (it displayed the C1 info channel page prior to rescan - proving there was signal).

I have rolled back to 1.3.11 where multidec is working perfectly once again.

EDIT - have read that multidec settings are now controlled via the capture source - rather than the misc2 tab. May have another crack at this in a few days.

Because I am using an external player for WebRadio is there any way to tell GBPVR that I am playing audio? I can send the audio description and that shows up but when I am not in the plugin ctrl-S isn't trapped so no notification of MusicStopping is received.

While playing round getting my screen size right on my NMT I went into the setting menu & selected a different skin for comparison & nothing seemed to happen even with an NMT restart. On opening config on the server I noticed the MVP skin had changed but not the NMT skin.

Not a biggie as far as I'm concerned but I just thought I had better mention it.
