In the web interface FAQ, all URLs are linked, except for the link under "Is there any documentation available?". Not sure if there's a reason for this or something looked over that 1 URL is not linked in the FAQ and all others are.
I recently started a Schedules Direct trial, and entered my Schedules Direct credentials in the settings page for EPG Sources. When I press the Login and Refresh EPG Sources button, I receive an error that says Login Failed, Failed to login to Schedules Direct. Confirm you've entered the correct username etc. I have confirmed that my credentials work when I login to the Schedules Direct website.
I found this text in the log files that may describe what's going on, but I don't know what the problem is. Hoping someone can help.

I added a recording for "The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon" several days ago. I have not had a successful recording and now other shows are failing too. It may be coincidence, but either way, I need help finding out what is wrong. I have attached the logs.
I have the container running on my Synology server. I can login, and go to Settings, Devices. NextPVR has found the four tuners on my HDHomeRun device.
I go to a tuner, and scan for channels. I enter my Schedules Direct login info, and select Scan. The error message just says "undefined". Tried a second time, same result.
I went back and tried again. This time, the lineup I chose the first time is in the menu. I chose it, hit Scan, and all my channels appeared.
NextPVR Client won't run. NextPVR runs only thru browser, Win Edge. Thus Kodi can't run. New Win10 install. When first opening after restart get notice "Can't connect online" then freezes. Every time after that opens but going to LiveTV get a few seconds of audio then the "please wait" freeze. Have Hauppauge tuner with WinTv, works well.
I installed NextPVR 6.0.0.220904 on my linux box running debian bullseye today.
NextPVR found my tuner and was able to scan channels, but for some reason only the first virtual channel is found for all frequencies.
I created the scan-table myself with w_scan (scan-table_dvbv5.conf in scan-tables.zip attached) because I saw some forum post saying that the scan-table provided by the linux distro could be out-dated.
With this custom scan-table, NextPVR found only channels that are the first virtual channel in their frequencies (/var/opt/nextpvr/adapter0-ATSC-channels.conf in scan-tables.zip attached).
With the same scan-table, dvbv5-scan is able to find all channels available in my area (dvb_channel.conf in scan-tables.zip attached).
Hi,
I have just tried to import a recording in v5.2.7 and the app reports nothing imported (it's the first time I needed to do this in v5). In v4 I could look in the standard logs and see what the problem was but I can't find logs in the web app so I don't know what the issue is.
Any thoughts/suggestions as to how I find the problem will be gratefully received.
Thanks.
Stanno
New install on new computer Win 11. NEXTPVR Version: 6.0.0.220904 Hauppauge wintv-hvr-2250 WinTV7 software.
I have used NEXPVR on a Win 7-10 computer for many years happily. Issue: Schedules Direct EPG is not updating automatically. Manual works.
I have reinstalled numerous times to get everything working except SD auto updates. At this point I am wondering if Win 11/NEXTPVR doesn’t wake up the computer for the update. It does wake up for recordings.
On my most recent reinstall I selected 30 channels that all populated up to 2 pm today and then nothing after that except on four traditional Los Angeles broadcast channels and their sub-channels. KTLA, ABC, KCOP and ION. These channels guides went well beyond 2pm into the next day. However there was nothing for CBS or NBC and 26 others which all cut off at 2pm. A manual update filled the slots until midnight. On one of my previous installs, NextPVR populated all 159 channel of guide info, again, up to 2pm and all main channels had data so it can populate a large number of channels.
Oddities.
1.Settings asks about donating each launch. “Donation status unknown”. Donation number is automatically available when the “Have you donated” button is clicked. Is this normal?
2.When you LogOUTt, you are presented with a request for the LogINin credentials. Is this normal and should you log in to log out? Are all the changes saved?
3.I was initially using a 1366 resolution monitor and some of the NEXTPVR screens cut off not allowing the save button to appear on the settings screen. Found that problem and solution on the Forum after several reinstalls.
My TBS 6220 is regognized as a DVB-T card although the driver lets it work also on DVB-C which I intend to use.
Further on how do I add frequency lists since the ones used here are not choosable ?
