I have GB-PVR installed on my PC, and it works great for streaming to my MediaMVP. Is it possible to stream to my Mac? I don't have a lot of HD space, otherwise I'd just copy the movie of course. I know the "client" that exists on the PC. Anything like it on the Mac?

Well I finally got GBPVR to come up on my PCH A110. I can only do it when browsing to my server and choosing GBPVR through network share otherwise I get the Request cannot be processed message. When in the GBPVR app the menu runs slow and none of my mkv videos play (though I'm not saying that is a problem to focus on right now).

I have uploaded my logs but considering I can't play much through normal shares on the PCH (only through myihome) and I am having so much trouble with getting to my server in the first place I think right now my PCH and server aren't getting along

I'm assuming correctly that I should have responsive menus and be able to playback mkvs, right?

Is it possible to use the GBPVR server to simply record a show and then use the client PC to transcode and run comskip on the show?

Few reasons I'm considering this:

• The machine is otherwise stable
  
• Transcodes atleast till it produces ~100MB of the output file using ffdshow. The output file is in correct format so doubt if its a codec issue.
  
• Have narrowed it down, per input from other forums, to most likely be bad memory or CPU thermal paste/overheating issues and I am unable to spend time in the near future to open the server and fix this (plus never done it before so there's a possibility I may end up spending more time than I set aside for this )
  
• The 'client' PC is more powerful (3Ghz, 3GB RAM) and could possibly run comskip/transcoding in almost near real time
  

Firstly I must say that I think 1.3.7 is the bees' knees, the dogs' danglies, the cats' whiskers...
One tiny problem is the stats key="^O"/> (the asterisk on a Hauppage remote). It works on Live TV but when playing recordings it's behaviour is erratic - if a .ts file is playing it works but only gives the resolution. If it is an mpg file playing it causes play to stop and PVRX2 to return to the main menu.
The only relevant bit I can find is in Videoplayer.xml; <command name="VIDEO_STATS" key="^O"/>. Any ideas?

When I attempted to import movies from within the plugin, PVRX2 crashed with the error below. I've confirmed that I don't have a vjslib.dll on my system. Am I supposed to?

I am struggling with files that previously were in the database and categorized that now arent showing up. They are still in the database, but they dont show up in the listings. They dont appear to be offline and I dont really know how they get hidden or how to tell if they are hidden or how to unhide them or whether they are hidden at all. I tried to "load new" and they didnt get loaded - the loader must know they are there. They are in the filelist when assigned to categories, but the dont show up in the client.

Everything was OK, then I added some new categories. Thats when they disappeared. Any idea what is going on and how to fix it?

It took me a while to work this one out: I was having trouble doing a channel scan, it would always lock up at the point where it should have found the first channel (with the new 1.3.7 it locks up as soon as the scan starts, not only when it should have found a channel), leaving me unable to do anything but kill the process via Task Manager. It turns out that this happens every time when the window is on my second monitor, even though I can use GBPVR to watch TV on either monitor just fine. If I put the window on my primary monitor then it will successfully scan all channels.

Specs are:
Windows XP SP3
Athlon 64 X2 4000+
4GB RAM
nVidia 8600GTS, 175.19 drivers

Using 2.9.1. Tried to run an xtra emulator game, the game did not run. I've attached the log (insane enabled).

Sub, when you release a patch, such as a new .dll or pvr2.exe, do you start the new patch with the last patched version? In other words, do your latest patch files contain all previous patches, or do you put out a seperate patch for individual issues? And if it is the former, is there some place where we can get the LATEST patch files? If the latter, boy, that's going to be a bear to figure out, which patch we WANT or NEED!

I am unable to get my aspect ratio to wide screen 16x9. It had been working well with the correct ratio. When I tried to make the screen smaller by moving my courser, it jumped off of WD 16x9 and now my picture is very distorted. I tried to reset it in the configuration page with out success and restarts also have not worked.
