When I record a program in nextpvr from the uk, the filename has the date in reverse order.
It should be named as follows in this example:
This Morning_13-01-2022_10001230.ts
but is actually named as:
This Morning_2022-01-13_10001230.ts
As you can see the date format is in reverse for how it should be in the uk.
I checked on my windows and the date format is as day - month - year so this is correct for uk.
I tried with or without plex naming in the options but still same issue.
I have a guide service that will create TVPI xml files that can apparently remote schedule programs in some DVRs. I have been able to configure the XML to use the same channel numbers that NextPVR has assigned. Is there any way to drop a TVPI into a directory folder and get it automatically imported by NextPVR to schedule a recording ? Thank you for a great product !
sub - I'll send you the recording via a PM.
To reproduce the issues with the recording, start play, skip forward 5 times (30 second increments). Exit the recording, then resume. (I don't think the skipping has to be this exact as it's easy to reproduce)
Issues:
1. Location of playback on the progress bar doesn't actually match playback of the recording. i.e. I was trying to skip past the first commercial block near the beginning, but when I stop skipping, the playback position is earlier in the recording.
2. When I exit and resume at this point, there is audio with a dark screen.
This with NLite, I've reproduced this on a Windows 7 client and using NLite on the server (Windows 10 Pro). NextPVR works fine on the server with the same recording.
I've updated to yesterdays build, but was seeing this with the previous build as well.
If I unwatch the recording in NextPVR, NLite will play the audio/video until I skip/exit again.
Somehow an hourly news program (NHK Newsline) got into our scheduled programs. I'm having difficulty removing it from the list of scheduled programs. If I select it from Scheduler, select cancel, it only cancels the one occurance. If I select Update, it shows "Record Once."
Really appreciate the help I've received on the forum!
I'm having some problems with my NextPVR server and despite searching on the forums I haven't been able to find a resolution.
My setup is as this.
Single server/tv client NextPVR ( Version: 5.2.5.220111 ) running on Windows 10 with a fairly highly spec'd machine, SSD for Timeshift etc.
I then also have 4 Kodi clients using the NextPVR addon.
On the NextPVR server I have three USB DVBT connections along with one IPTV source.
Intermittently I get (on the server) the message that NExtPVR tuner was requried for a recording. On the Kodi side the streams just drop. I suspect it's the same issue.
I have on the Kodi side Do not allow guide update during playback enabled, and I also have NextPVR set to do an update at 0425 in the morning.
I've spent a bit of time on this today and I can't seem to find the issue, any help would be appreciated.
I am using the latest version, just upgraded a few hours ago & NextPVR.exe for display & I can't see any art in Music either list view or icon view even though all my folders have a folder.jpg in them & most of the tracks have embedded art as well? It would also be nice if when it is working it would display "cover.jpg" as well as they seem to be fairly common these days.
