I have 1 machine with 2xdual pci-e videocards setup with:

1) 2 outputs for a dual-screen workstation
2) 1 output for tv playback in the lounge
3) 1 output for a workstation/video in the bedroom.

As you can see, I need to start GBPVR full-screen on 1 of at least 3 screens.

The current implementation only supports 2 monitors.

At the moment, I can move the window to another screen, but have not yet found a way of getting rid of the title bar. (Any suggestions?)

I am trying to summarize why I think GBPVR on the NMT is better then the standard applications and I'd appreciate some comments. I think sub is being modest when he says that it needs the PVR to get full benefits. I'm probably missing some things

I am in England and have a Media MVP hooked up to a 16:9 wide TV and a PC running PVRX2 to drive the MVP. I have a DVD film (12:01) that I bought from the US, which is recorded in NTSC 720x480pix 29.97fps 1.85:1 aspect ratio. I've ripped the DVD to an MPG file and it plays in WMP, PowerDVD etc. perfectly well. When I play the video on the MVP, I find that the image, while looking fine in itself, is not letterboxed in the centre of the screen but aligned slightly off the top. Any other widescreen mpg plays correctly in the centre.

Is there a setting I need to adjust so that NTSC video plays in a centre letterbox?

Can anyone tell me how to stop the recording of the timeshift through the popcorn. I find the delay stretches out a bit over time, not counting all the ts recordings on the hard drive. All I want is live tv and not recording the whole time

I would really like this implemented, please. Surely it would be possible? DScaler has this feature, I was thinking something similar (choices from 640x480, 720x576 etc.)

The reason I need this is because I have a very high resolution (1680x1050) as my desktop resolution, and its quite a hassle to change this to something like 800x600 to make the quality acceptable while viewing tv- and composite inputs.

I'm out of things to check. I'm having two issues with Gamezone after upgrading to the latest version and patch (2.5.2).

First issue was that Mame roms were causing PVRX2 errors; specifically 'Parameter Out of Bounds' and 'Out of Memory' errors when loading the full rom directory (6869 roms). I haven't solved this but just avoided it by leaving only one rom in the directory for testing.

Second issue issue is that whenever a Mame, Zsnes or PC game is clicked on it returns to the main PVRX2 menu without launching the game. Previously I had a similar issue with an earlier version of Gamezone and deleting the registry references to ePSX fixed it. This time there were no such registry references. I see no errors in the logs but will include them. I did try to re-enable ePSX to see if it did anything and it did not.

One thing concerning me is the number of files skipped with the 2.4 installation. I wondered if my install itself was simply incomplete. I've tried to uninstall and it appears that my last install/uninstall cycle removed my install log. It was skipping common files already in place like WizUI, etc.

I am using I-xmltv and Schedules Direct for EPG and GBPVR version 1.2.13.

I can see episode number and the date aired in the information but when I set a "Record Season" I do not see an option to record only the new episodes.

Also, how would I record ever episode of "the Simpsons" no matter what time slot and channel they appear on?

In order for MAME to run certain games, the bios file for that game's system board is required. These files are placed in the same directory as the game roms, and, just like the games, have a *.zip extension. A more-or-less complete list of these bios's can be found here.

As far as I can tell, each of these files has a description in the MAME database, just like any other game. Since they're in the same folder as the roms and have the same extension, they show up in the selection menu for MAME in GameZone. As you can see in the picture below, the Acclaim, Arcadia, Atari and Atlus bios files are visible.

Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, is there anything you've done to prevent them from showing up?
