I have had NextPVR running well in a docker container on my QNAP NAS for almost a year. I am wanting to launch a second container for some testing of stream recording. I figured it would be build a second container identical to the first, but with the port assignment 8866:8888 and access it that way. But not working. It spins up, builds the config file and npvr.db3 etc but I can't access it via <myip>:8888. Thoughts?
Up to this week I was able to watch certain channels on kodi connecting to nextPVR. Now its stopped playing in Next PVR but does play in myiptv player.
The media link is https://mediapolis.rai.it/relinker/relin...nt=2606803. Again, I can open this in myiptv player but not nextpvr and so not Kodi either
Help please
Although there is a provision to merge recordings from a single channel, it is not specified that this actually saves an original copy of the received Transport Stream. In addition, it is cumbersome to preset each of the channels for recording, especially if there are many. It would be useful to have a button that simply captures the original stream.
In Kodi, when you look at what is to be recording (Timers), instead of showing the show cover art, it shows the channel logo. However, if you go into the program information (long press a timer), it shows the actual show art. Is there a way to show the actual show art in the timer list?
While I'm at it, is there any way to show the season and episode info in the list of timers? Either in the details, or title?
I want to set up a recurring recording for the show Kung Fu on Fox. If I set it up the show is not colored on the Guide. If I set up a Record Once it is highlighted. Other shows on this and other channels work fine. If I go to recurring recordings it shows the recording. In fact i ended up with about 6 entries there. I deleted all except one. Did not see if it actually was recordings even if not highlighted, because I did not want to miss it.
