Anyone know why the Community skin version of Nuoro/Sassari's font size is muuuuccchhh bigger than the stand alone version of Nuoro? The stand alone version comes with ttf fonts that need to be install in the windows font folder.
I am unable to find a way to reduce the font size for Nuoro in the community skin packages.
I just purchased an Acer 9810-6829 notebook computer. It has a built-in AverMedia Hybrid M115 with hardware mpeg encoder. It is currently running Windows XP Pro cause Vista Ultimate irritated me beyond belief.
There is a post that is over a year old "analog side is not compatible" that says the digital side will probably work with BDA drivers, but not the analog side. Is that still the case?
 Please help me understand why this card won't work.
The card has WHQL certified drivers, supports Windows XP, XP MCE 2005 & Vista. I really want to connect this notebook to cable to watch and record shows with GB-PVR. Needless to say that would need the analog side working properly.
I still have a small problem with video stuttering on the primary TV output when I have my two MVPs enabled. It's far better now that I moved to winxp from win2k. The MVPs are connected but not streaming.
I have turned off the screen saver, and any messages about pending recordings. I am using vmr7.
A couple of settings from config.xml:
<DisableHauppaugeMVPScreenSaver>true</DisableHauppaugeMVPScreenSaver>
<MvpHighPriority>false</MvpHighPriority>
I noticed that about every 30 seconds or so the GBPVR MVP processes both get about 15% of the CPU. Possibly that 30% CPU hit is causing my problem. I have 300meg of free ram, so I don't think it's a disk swap problem.
It would be great to have the option to listen to the DVB radio channels through GB-PVR.
If this isn't likely any time soon what would be involved in adding it as a plugin or external recorder? Is it just a case of sending the proper tuning signal and playing the response?
I've got no guide data. What is being used as the key between scanned channels and the epg data? Do I need to do something further to the channels after scanning before updating the epg?
My PC doesn't wake from hibernate for recording.
Windows scheduled tasks wake it certainty.
Doesn't matter if "wake machine" for EPG update is sets, or not. My version is 99.12
Please advise...
I am trying to make my setup more stable and was wondering about the effects of running out of HD space.
I read on another post that if the drive fills up "It is game over". What does that mean exactly? Does GBPVR crash? I have my OS on a separate partition from all the GBPVR files.
If I create a separate partition for the live tv file will it mitigate the effects of it running out of space? What will happen when it does?
Can I still record if the live tv file has filled its partition but the recorded tv partition has space?
If the recorded tv partition is full but the live tv partition has space can I watch live tv on my MVP?
This is an update of my GBPVRTray replacement, Slimm GB-PVR.

For all details regarding current version, please see documentation which is installed alongside the utility and is available in the GBPVR start menu group.
since installing the test version the recordings are showing up in videos with a name including the whole path. instead of cops it says c:\videos\cops\cops.mpeg as name.
