I'd like to insert in graphs of s-video capture of high def channels and letterboxed to get back to the original 16:9 ratio, saving process power and file space when recording with the graphRecorder plug-in
Using virtualVCRs works but resets the crop settings to 0 every time a the graph is re-initialized.
New setup, even tho zap2it has my local channels listed in the channel list they aren't downloaded to my channel list. Any one have any ideas or solutions off the top of your noggins? It downloads 44 and up but not the locals. I can set it to Birmingham - Directv tho.
Ok I've been using GB-PVR for about 6 months and love it. But its time for me to update my system. By that I mean a whole new MB, Processor, Video Card and a clean copy of windows XP Pro. Now are there any files that I should burn off to a disc to save vital info? as far as pre-set settings and program descriptions?
JUst a quick question. I have a windows xp setup with PVR350 card. I would like to add a second card. If i buy a mce edition card such as PVR 150 mce will this work alongside my pvr350 and does it work with plain windows xp or does it require MCE. Probably a stupid question but I'm sure someone can give me a quick answer.
I would like to see the option to store different "Streamer Configuration Settings" profiles.
Then, either in the config screen switching between them, or in the "Launch External Player", or similar - choose the one you want.
This is good for two different things: A) playing around with different settings to achieve the best quality, you can keep settings and call them something, to quickly alternate between different profiles.
B) I sometimes stream from within the LAN, but sometimes over the Internet. Would be nice to hold two profiles for that.
This is a HIP problem, but I'm hoping somebody out there may have come across this issue and found a solution. I have two Hauppauge WinTV PVR USB2 devices that I operate with a PVR150 Model 1062/232 remote. The beanbag has two ports (#1 and #2) and I'm running both Windows MCE 2005 and GBPVR. Under Windows MCE 2005, I get seemless performance -- I have both blaster ports working perfectly, each controlling a Comcast Scientific Atlanta digital cable box.
However, GBPVR is a different story. I'm close to a perfect setup, but yet so far away. The problem is that no matter what I try, HIP doesn't seem to be able to fire IR codes out of blaster port #1 on the beanbag. I followed the HIP setup WIKI on the GBPVR site, which is very well detailed. In GBPVR's settings, I have the ehome driver loaded in device manager, but still have HIPs output device set to use 'MCE' (HipMCE.DLL). This configuration works fine for one STB - the IR codes are the same for each box, and I have HIP sending the proper codes through HIPsend. This works as long as I have the blaster connected to port #2. If I connect through port #1, it never sends a flash.
I investigated further and used the HIP configuration utility (I'm running the latest version of HIP) . . . I tried to send a "Test IR" command to port #1, and I never get anything. Using the same command on port #2, it works perfectly and sends the right flash every time. If I swith the blaster cables, I still get the same results -- #2 port works and #1 port doesn't.
Since both ports #1 and #2 work in MCE 2005, I know there's nothing wrong with the hardware. For some reason, HIP just refuses to recognize port #1. Is there anything I can try to get it to work?
When I go to the TV guide, the guide date is going Fast forward constanly.
I tryed to reinstall the epg, what did not help.
I thought about some keys sticking, but even with keyboard disconnnected it fast foward. So I am out of ideers.
I also did some searching on this forum, but my search strings did not gave me the results.
